As a substitute teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to work at various schools throughout Stockholm, both in municipal and independent institutions. This is a perfect job for you who want to gain valuable experience, develop, and make a difference for students in their daily lives.

The position can lead to longer substitute assignments or permanent employment with one of our partner schools.

With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule, making this position excellent to combine with studies. It is also possible to work five days a week if you want to work full-time.

About the role

As a school substitute, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice on the same morning. Your assignment may vary between teaching according to lesson plans, being a resource person in the classroom, or supporting individual students. You create security, structure, and a positive learning environment for the students, regardless of the length of the assignment.
 

With us, you are always personally matched to assignments that fit your skills and experience. You have a personal contact with us who supports you when you need it before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.

Qualifications and characteristics

We are looking for you who:

·       Have completed upper secondary education

·       Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

·       Have the ability to lead a class in a safe and clear manner

·       Have started studies at the post-secondary level and/or have other relevant experience working with children and youth, such as involvement in sports clubs or similar youth activities

·       Want to be a positive role model for students

·       Are ready to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others

·       Can work at least 3 days a week (for students, at least 1 day/week).

·       Are prepared to work as you promise
